EXIT Assurance Realty created the “EXIT Helping Heroes” program for one purpose – to give back to those who protect and serve us.
When an eligible Hero buys or sells a home with our EXIT Helping Heroes program, EXIT Assurance Realty will give back to them 25% of its commission at closing, in the form of cash or credit.
Eligible Heroes can be an active or retired Firefighter, First-Responder or EMT, Military, Law Enforcement, a Doctor or Health Care Professional, or Teacher.
Heroes can also save with discounts provided by participating Caring Community Service Providers, such as Mortgage Brokers, Banks, Home Inspectors, Real Estate Attorneys, and many other service providers involved with their transaction.
Here’s an example; A Hero Buyer-Client wants to buy a home for $350,000. At closing, the Hero would receive a check from EXIT Assurance Realty for $2,188*. A REAL CHECK! Optionally, the Buyer-Client can opt to use this money to help pay for their mortgage closing costs. The same scenario would hold true for a Hero Listing-Client.
